Summer-Fall 2024:
Just some snapshots of me, biking and pool, and along my favorite running-with-coyotes-and-roadrunners soul trail this summer. Lets see… maintaining about 5K running, 3mi swimming, 25mi biking per week, not bad for my growing younger each year huh! Some hiking, and even still a little soccer once in awhile!
Still going thru some unbelievable hardship with a recent job layoff in 2024, so exercising is always great stress relief, along with all my regular music making to keep my passions alive!
Spring 2023:
Jazzfest 2023 of course! 30 years since I first visited, all good! Pictured Michael Doucet, Tom Jones, Gregg Stafford Band, Dirty Dozen Brass Band. Reinspired by Cindy Blackman Santana, her drumming intensity left me agape! Tom Jones, the golden voice, at 83, remarkable, with tributes to Dylan, Cohen, Nelson, Berry, …much more to this icon! Roadmasters tribute to Walter Washington, heartfelt, thanks Irma Thomas and all on that!

Spring 2019:
Old hometown visit in 2019 to pay my final respects to my mother (….that was my childhood room above the porch…our front lawn used to be alot bigger too!)
Summers 2014-2018:
Loved the Idyllwild festivals thru the years when they were held at the amphitheater grounds in late summer!
Regular winter skating… yes….in Phoenix (skating since age 7…you never forget!)
Family visits to Vancouver Island over the yeqrs… some bald eagles spotted at Westwood!
Super nostalgia… love of biking goes way back!
1979: Biked thru the Canadian Rockies from Vancouver to Banff/Jasper.
1989: Biked from London to Paris for their bicentennial that year, and from Marseille to Toulon too! No cell phone, no fancy bike gear needed… just a wanderlust will to set out and go …!!
